Prices 2019/2020 :
The rentals rate includis house cleaning at the end of stay, water and electricity -100Kw/week in summer and 150Kw/wekk in winter).
Peak Season :
- fromJuly 10th to August: 31 - 1900 euros per week
- Christmas and February: 1600 euros per week
Middle Season :
- fromJune 1st to july 10th 1500 euros per week
- Easter : 1400 euros per week
Off Season :
- 1000€ per week for 6 people
- 15 euros per additional people per day
A down-payment is required when booking.
There is a surcharge for heating during the winter months, according to consumption.
